Well, I never really delved into it deeply, but I interpreted Kirino's behaviour as a result of persinality change of Kyousuke. He became very bland and boring as opposed to cheerlful active guy Kirino looked up to thanks to Manami, resulting in resentful behaviour towards him, but keeping her love for him in her subconscience, leading to her obsession of galge games, but she's regained her passion for him once the sessions with him begun. Not sure how accurate that depiction is, but fir me it's very heartwarming and justifyable.

Kirino could have also dropped that extreme tsun a bit earlier, even though it was basically because she didn't want to get reminded of her buried feelings for him.

I think that's reasonably fair criticism. She came across as bitchy for a reason and the fact she pushed Kyousuke away once he couldn't pass her expectations would make her seem like she actually didn't care that much about him, but I attribute that to them being young and impressionable, that's why I wrote it's justifyable. She saw how someone she adored succumbed to person she couldn't stand and totally ruined him, shattering her personally and her dreams. I think that would put extreme emotional strain on anyone and not reacting flawlessly should be actually expected, especially since she actually does thaw and becomes mellow for Kyousuke once she gets reminded of her feelings, even though she tried to run away from them for a time, which is why I think the story is really nice, even though it might've been slightly poorly executed.
