i've tried to read slam dunk and didn't get the appeal at all
never read real so i can't tell
so vagabond>slam dunk, even though it has a lot of problems, like concerning the style of narration for example.
Is Real only supposed to be good because I'm supposed to be impressed by a handicapped person being capable of doing things? Or I'm supposed to feel deeply connected to them for their flaws? I saw a documentary once and it was rather shit, athletes having boring lives and being brain-dead retarded. but it irked me because it was so highly rated.
