Well, technically, if you count Super, we just had Piccolo's "Bunshin" that he used against Frost. It wasn't his old multiplication technique, just a bunch of illusions to distract him.
Not counting Super, it'd be the Fusion Dance or the random techniques that Gotenks and Vegetto pulled out. Going back even further, to "standard attack move used by a non-fused character" it'd be Vegeta's Final Flash.
