The only concern is whether it was on one of the "radio" broadcasters, Japan is really weird about this radio with video thing. Restaurant Matsuoka in particular was kind of too well produced to fit into that category at all in my opinion either compared to the usual one or two stationary cams shit but it was on Hibiki so it's in.
An odd side effect of this is that im@studio is nominated but im@s station isn't eligible because it's on niconico these days. Or was last before I stopped paying attention because they rights claimed it literally everywhere and I couldn't pay for it if I wanted to.

Sumipe winning a newcomer award when she's in good business since over 5 years. Meanwhile Takeuchi-P wins one when he has only a single main role under his belt.
Inorin has skill, but probably only won due to Sony shilling. I have conflicted feelings about Matsuoka, but there's no denying he's kind of the male Kanahana of our era.
I'm happy for Takarie though, she really deserved her award.
