Having read the manga so far I don't remember a single eventful thing ever happening so it'll definitely be comfy. I doubt it will be a full 24 minute series but I hope it is.

She and the Akane, Brown onee-chan, are both witches. The witchcraft is pretty folksy so there isn't any spell battles, but its cute and comfy. Honestly it feels like what you would get if Miyazaki made a slice of life manga.
