Heroes would be better if using new characters instead of the stories always revolving around Goku and friends that way they won't get overshadowed. Although I kinda hate how Heroes cheapen the transformations and power-ups.

GT has a plot, actual characters that acted like themselves, good animation, good fights, something was at stake, it wasnt all just le wacky fun and games, transformations that made sense and looked cool that weren't just recolors of other forms and better music.

Not really. Heroes is basically Yugioh. Takes place in the future with a VR card game, but the Dragonball events are real and sometimes the VR stuff ends up having effects in the real world.
Xenoverse actually follows the whole time patrol plot such, rather than being about a simulation with the real deal only appearing for climaxes.
Victory Mission adaptation would be way better then Super, GT or Z.

It had consistent animation, compared with Super's off model stuff, but the battles were consistently mediocre. Talk -> blinding flurry of punches -> one unique attack repeat. Goku vs that random alien mercenary in the beginning of GT has better animation than any of the later battles in the show. Even Super's episodes 13, 14 and 27 already had better animation than all of GT.
Super has had "stakes" too in both the BoGs and RoF arcs, but stakes doesn't make something good. The actual tournament arc doesn't have big stakes right now, but there'll probably be when we learn more about Hit who has received most of the marketing focus.
