I think Yasohachi is probably my favourite h-manga turned regular mango author, he's actually a damn good writer and his art is nice. Uwagaki surprised me and this has been consistently good.

Everything that has appeal or popularity gets licensed, but since the licensers don't have that much of a workforce, each volume comes out at a horribly slow rate. By the time they get a product out, interest for said product has already dipped severely. And that's how everyone loses.
They should just hire former / current fan translators or sub teams instead. It's not like 'official' translations are perfect in terms of translation quality anyway.
