HaruChika is better than Phantom World. But not by a lot. The only reason I'm still watching both is because of the girls, really.
This season is mostly shit. Dagashi Kashi is alright at best, Boku Dake ga Inai Machi is probably my favorite. The shorts are fucking excellent as well. Hige-San a qt
