You know what, even though this is often used in bait threads I sort of get the concept behind it. We're usually so starved of animation we tend to associate any movement with quality, but sometimes animation can have a lot of movement and even be well made, but still look like shit.

I'm talking about their highschool googly-eyed shit where they do nothing but talk talk talk and they make all these oh so well animated scenes where everyone is silent but shit like wind blowing happens.
