Definitely not. Part of the magnitude of that scene in the VN is that you spent what felt like countless hours getting to that point. It is the climax of the entire VN and it was incredibly satisfying. I fully expect it to be mediocre in the adaptation.

Here's a better fight scene since you like TM: the Godword fight in the LN. It's not flashy shonenshit, but the mindgames and the importance of the whole scene is vastly superior to Fuck/Semen Night.

It wasn't that good, it's just that no one still expected Kirei to show up. The fight itself can hardly be called a fight, it's just Shirou taking punches.
It has potential but don't put your hopes on it. They don't only need to pull off that one fight, it won't have anywhere close to the same impact if most of the previous Kotomine and Shirou scenes in the whole route aren't near perfect.
Spike vs Vicious is the best fight of all time, so no, sorry.
