It's a polemic genre, as it puts 2 different extremes of people arguing against each other. While it is true that someone who genuinely gets an erection during NTR is a case worthy of questioning how they function as a human being, there's a lot of people who just love to pretend they get boners in order to spite the other side of the readers' moral spectrum. Hypersensitive vanillafags are easy targets of NTRolling and will blast off with furious arguments at the tiniest of suggestions. The fact that a lot of good artists spend time making NTR is another reason why so many get upset ("good art should be spent on fappable material"), but personally, i do understand how the thrill of authoring a NTR story can be abysmally contrasting from the thrill of getting an erection with one.
