It's about the Son of an empress sent to jail for the use of magic, then he breaks out and enlists the aid of a war hero with no arms and legs and a protractor to be build her legs and arms. Then they plan to take revenge on the evil queen. That's the version without spoilers.
It's also a Taiwanese comic, not Japanese.

I don't like this manga at all. The art has certain traits that are offputting, I can't place what that part is, but I think its the semi-realism part. The story is garbage. The characters are unlikeable.

i agree. there is just something about this.
it's probably not the semi realism. i suspect it's the way the artist uses references. this is just like those US comics that you see every now and then where the faces don't fit the situation because they're based on photos. this is more subtle though, but you can still feel that something genuine is lacking.
i mean jesus, just look at the MCs face.
