You can find most of what's on AB on either BakaBt or Nyaa with adequate seeding. There's very few releases which are unique to AB (I've only found two in my tenure on the site). Most times if I want to download something if I check both Nyaa and Bakabt I usually find a well seeded version that I like. In the years I've used the site I've only downloaded around 20 torrents.
