It's hard to say, some of the chins and features are strangely drawn in Rebuild, so much so some anon's keep trying to meme it up. It's entirely possible she's older, but it could also just be how its drawn. We have no frame of reference for her age unfortunately. In the manga, she was 16 as of 1998 apparently.

I kinda liked it, but it certainly wasn't very good. The MPE's that we've seen thus far don't look anything like those seen in EoE.

I kinda like more Shinji and Asuka. I am not really a shipper desu but for story narrative and character arc I think it would be nice that both of them tell each other what they feel.
It also feels like a sort of resolution and continuation with the original, since both desired each other for company and sexually.
Azuka's ARC in Rebuild has a lot to do with Shipping with Shinji. Call it fanservice or wathever but it is what it is. But she also had the most kickass scenes in 3.33.

I quite disagree, she does seem to still harbor some kind of lingering thought processes regarding him, calling for "stupid shinji" when she's being attacked in space being a prime example, but when she sees him in Wunders brig she's clearly furious. Granted, Mari teases her saying that she went to see him out of something more than anger.

That's an unknown, for sure. We know that Kaji was in the Geofront when it was attacked.
But at the begining of 3.33, one of Wunder's bridge crew remarks that Kaji told them Misato was crazy. So he must have been alive to have met the crew.
He may have died before 3.33 started, but the evidence suggests that he was alive during the 14 year time gap.
Personally, for now, I'm guessing he's dead.
Consider this. Kaji is dead, thus Misato lost someone she cared for. This would help explain why she doesn't detonate the choker on Shinji, she couldn't bare to lose someone else she cared about, even if she has reasons to hate him.
