I wait until there's a tank worth of chapters and read them in one go, I find it hard to keep up on a weekly basis. The delay makes me lose track of the story a bit but it's easy enough to remember when you read 9 or so chapters in a row.

Either way you still have to wait a fucking week for the next part. Personally I hate watching anime weekly, and with manga I usually wait a few weeks and alternate.
I follow a lot of series, so one week I'll read ~10 series that I haven't read for 1-2 months. Then next week I'll read another ~10 with the same deal.
Superior way of reading manga.
That or just not keeping up with ongoing series at all and continue reading new stuff.
