I'm a huge Berserk fan. I own the manga, the anime, all three of the movies, and the Dreamcast video game, but I just can't bring myself to get excited about this. I think Bubuki Buranki actually has really good CGI. One thing I've noticed myself is that when the anime (or game) is more colorful, it tends to work better with CGI. Shows that use a dark theme, such as Berserk or Ajin, tend to look like garbage. Maybe it's due to the lighting and shadows, but that's how I've always felt.
