The idea behind it, the collective psycho pass and forcing Sibyl to judge based on it was good but there was disproportionate time spent for senseless blood and guts scenes and action.
Some really unlikable characters were introduced and at least one likable killed off.
It was pretty great seeing matured/experienced Akane solve stuff but the rest of the team and interaction felt kind of bland.
Only one that stood out for me was poor SOB that killed Aoyanagi and then tried to redeem himself.
