You're right, Mayuri was barely a character but I liked her when she first talked with Shidou. Becuase of her small role in the movie it made me realise how great it would be to have a "boring" character in the main story, we lack a character like that. No female character in DAL is "boring" which is why I'd like to see someone like Mayuri in the story. Just look at the other girls.
