A strong argument can be made for the opposite. He's not only immortal, now he's eternal. He will continue to exist as long as he can recognize himself since he absorbed Schrodinger's cat.
Also we don't know what happened to all the lives he'd "killed" inside himself. Maybe he was absorbing them into his main body like he did with all the people he killed throughout the series.
Schrodinger's immortality was a step above Alucard's too, and coupled with his physical abilities he should be pretty strong. He can put up a good fight without releasing all those armies of shadows and shit. He beat Anderson with hand-to-hand.
