I just finished this and I must say I enjoyed it a lot. Not a native english speaker, so I sometimes had a bit of trouble with fast subtitles, but at least it never felt boring and the last two episodes concluded the show very well. Wasn't as "pretentious" as /a/ makes it out to be either.

It's pretty shit, but it conforms to popular opinion.
The show basically tells you that being normal is the best, and that everything will be much better if you just followed the spoken and unspoken rules of your society.
Also, instead of investigating and trying to understand the source of your melancholy or uneasiness, you should just follow established doctrines and you will reach your happy end.
