The databook is called the Border Briefing File whcih will be sold on March 4th. It's 388 pages which mean you can probably give somebody a concussion if you threw it at them hard enough. Every one of those 130 members will have their names and 8-Point Parameters listed, but some won't include the rest like trigger sets or family.

I think it's more along the lines of main hand/off hand, or primary trigger/secondary trigger. He mainly shoots stuff, so the Asteroid and Meteor are on his main trigger. He'll probably want to use the teleporter or the bagworm while he's using his gun, so he has them on his sub trigger.

Things didn't really pick up until Yuma vs Miwa squad. Before that it was pretty much "Osamu/Kitora gets into trouble, Yuma saves the day" and "Osamu makes lame yet successful attempts to conceal Yuma existence/Yuma's alien origins". Pretty cliche stuff.
It wasn't until the Miwa squad stuff that demonstrated that Border's higher ups weren't retards who couldn't recognize suspicious behavior when they saw it, and demonstrated that Yuma wasn't invincible, that things began to really get interesting. It's also when we started getting into the squad tactics that are the series strong point.

WT is such an anomaly. Its not popular enough to get any covers but it sells well enough to continue the mango and have a 100+ episode anime series. He wrecks the Miwa squad pretty well, sure, but it was not one sided. Before that, it was Yuma effortlessly destroying a couple trion soldiers without getting a scratch, and easily stopping the Illgar which Kitora couldn't do.
Then with the Miwa squad fight, Yoneya takes a stab at him, and gets in some cuts despite Yuma's attempts to dodge. Yuma tries to get out into the open to better maneuver, and gets his arm blown off by snipers mid-jump. He goes to block Miwa's weight bullet, and gets hit by it because he doesn't know a shield won't stop it and he needs to dodge it. Yes he was holding back and fighting defensively, but he was clearly in trouble by doing so.

It's horrible, to be frank, but "manageable". He has an incurable spine condition that gives him regular, terrible pain. Usually the series takes a break every 4 weeks because his output is slower due to back problems. I believe it's called cervical spondylosis.
He's not taken a break since the start of the year so I wonder if he's gotten any better. It was particularly bad toward the end of last year.

Chika would be better off packing a Meteor than a Scorpion. It'd take a bunch of training for her to improve with a Scorpion to the point it'd be useful to her in any capacity. With a Meteor on the other hand, all she'd really need to do would be fire a strong one at the ground between her and an attacker that was closing in. She might take herself out in the blast, but she'd almost certainly get her attacker as well. People would become reluctant to take Chika out with melee pretty quickly if they knew it meant a huge meteor blast going off at their feet.

Even though it's generally not a good idea to assume that things that happen in spin-off games will happen in the main story, it would be really neat if his Viper use in Smash Borders was hinting at something that will happen eventually. Who knows, maybe he has the sense that Nasu and Izumi have that allows them to change the bullets' path on a whim.
As for Hound, his crappy trion is probably going to produce really slow, weak bullets.
