Watch the first episode of Phantom Blood, skip Battle Tendency (trash and not important), watch only the Tower of Grey fight, Darby the Player and Dio's World in Stardust Crusaders, skip Diamond is Unbreakable (trash, no good translation), read Part 5 (fantastic, only good part in the series), skip Stone Ocean except for Dragon's Dream and Pucci's flashback chapters, skip all of Steelball Run (translation is fine but it's garbage, generally considered the worst part), don't bother with Jojolion it won't be done for at least a decade.

Watch the first season of the anime, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. The first 9 episodes are Part I: Phantom Blood and the rest (up to 26 I believe?) is Part II: Battle Tendency.
Then watch Season 2, which is Stardust Crusaders (24 episodes) and then Season 3, which is Stardust Crusaders: Egypt Arc, and also 24 episodes.
After that, you can jump into the manga:
Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable
Part 5: Vento Aureo
Part 6: Stone Ocean
Part 7: Steel Ball Run
Part 8: Jojolion (ongoing)
