This shows that removing these sites once TPP is in place will be quite easy. We only have a few years left of what we have now (torrent trackers like nyaa where anyone can download in a swarm and hell even private trackers are going down).
We may soon be forced to go back to IRC or use other more obscure methods of filesharing. Possibly having to use more obscure sites to do it since 4chan isn't obscure anymore as a site and these methods will get ratted out by their own users.
It's not a good situation at all. If you would look at the future instead of the here and now you would see we are heading down a path where the Internet is as controlled as television is right now with almost no way out except to create our own private networks away from the mainstream Internet.
