I've only heard her in Gintama and FMA: B but he range in Gintama is incredible, its probably what makes Kagura one of the best characters. The Kagura funeral episodes had some of funniest voice work I've ever seen.

I love serious Sugita villains. Kind of niche I guess, and I know he doesn't do serious half as well as he does comedy, but it might be the disorienting effect of hearing him just be a no-frills bad guy. The only other Serious Sugita Villains I can remember were in Nanana and Legend of Legendary Heroes, and then in Terra E he was a serious heroic mentor. And you keep expecting him to make a joke and he doesn't. It's chilling.
