The original guild leader was a P2W and P2Customize chuuni. Then a number of members began using their wallets to just P2C their entire guild base.
Among them, some had sworn off paying for anything in order to min/max their builds or in Momonga's case, min/max their RP builds. Pero gave in and decided that seemingly harmless bit of visual effect would fill in that one random data slot he couldn't stick anything else into.
Momonga eventually caved himself; he spent on that Wish Upon a Star, and spent to build those Treasury defenders as well as PA (remember one has to pay to make NPCs over the free level limit of 80 or so).

Just you wait, there's going to be a WCI that allows free temporary race-shifting (and taking on the new strengths and weaknesses of the race in question) without causing the user to lose their current build, and Ainz is going to find it and play with it. For the next 24 hours, he'll end up regretting shifting into a human in his plan to test out the WCI's capabilities, as he'll definitely get held down and raped by Albedo and Shalltear and be powerless to stop them.
By the time the 24 hours are up, Ainz will have been fucked senseless before being race-shifted back into his current skeleton form.

Technically speaking, all humans inside ruins and dungeons which have not been reported to the guild fall to definition of illegal squatters and you're allowed to kill them off if you have to.
Humans going into dungeons and ruins without the goverment's permission is illegal in general, except when you've been given permission from the goverment to enter or through the temporary special permit that you get from reporting an undiscovered site to the guild.

I've heard it say that his build was mostly Heteromorphic races, and therefore had godly stats with regular attacks on par with special attacks
Would that mean that he was just an overpowered character, or was he a skilled player as well? (considering he wins at life, is it both?)
