autists and the things that they enjoy are generally despised by most normals because of the pack-like nature of most societies where the nail that sticks out gets hammered down. there's also a lot of youth sexualization (albeit, of fictional characters) which is another non-normal friendly thing. this is also why it's considered more acceptable to watch anime when you're a teenager (predictable plotlines, escapism, the characters sexualized are still the same age as you) but not when you're an adult and why, aside from not wanting to associate yourself with the 'average anime fan', (ie, an autist) you eventually have to end up hiding most of your powerlevel the older you get.
