Also, IIRC elder liches are possible pop spawns (Foresight kills 1-2 of them for a quest). Iguva was only special because Ainz was experimenting with him, but if Foresight can kill elder liches they must be way under level 30.

So what is the scope or limitations of shspeshifting? AFAIK part of It includes transforming into another race, since in one of the BDs Ainz pointed out that being the reason why Albedo couldn't follow him. It seems like it has potential to be broken if used in the right build.
