AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

isn't it also correct?

Depends on the specifics. You can do that with waves. The way noise cancelling headphones work is exactly this. They just emit the opposite waves of the noise around you into the headphone. Pretty smart.

Maybe you should spend less time watching animu and more time reading a book
>>
>>136080430
yea thought so, was sure I learned that in physics or electronics class

also house just lost power, help me /a/
>>
It's a fact. Sound waves, light, radio waves and mechanical vibrations are intentionally canceled out all the time.

You should go read up on phased arrays. Your mind will be blown.

>>136080233
Macross 7 told me that it works.

what is white noise?

Of all the bad science in anime, OP chooses to nitpick one of the few things that's actually true.

Good job.

it's like you didn't even read this thread
you're just as stupid as OP

Technically she wouldn't be able to produce a simple wave to cancel out the other as human vocal chords produce complex waves (two or more overlapping waves) but I assume her power just ignores this, making it entirely plausible.

This show is like the worst parts of chuuni and Amagi.

Why do I watch this shit again?
>>
>>136083372
because its the meme show of the season and you want to be as dank as possible

finally a show for smart people like me

you are one too
>>
>>136080233
It would only work if Robot and Koito emit the sound in the same direction with the phase shift as they show in the next picture.

These two waves would not cancel out each other since they are going in opposite directions without being symmetric thanks to the increasing amplitudes.
