So its an actual Chinese cartoon. Looking beyond the Nǐ Hǎo vocals and the extremely fast-paced plot, the animation is actually very beautiful.
I dont get why a Chinese cartoon would have a plot in what seemes to be Nipland though.

Voiceless OP/ED is something I like in this one, especially the opening. It is not original or particularly artistic, but it just works so well with subtle credits and without vocal, focusing attention on a rather energetic character introduction.
