Opinions on the anime?
I haven't really tapped much into the comedy-genre yet, but damn, that one gave me good laughs every episode. It was too short though.
Also, favorite comedy-animu thread.

I used to be of the opinion that seto no hanayome was one of the best comedies. Though that was a long time ago and I'm sure that I'd ruin my opinion if I rewatched it.
Nichibros best comedy per episode ratio. Gintama has some great episodes but there's so many that it's spread out quite a bit. I wish there was more SZS, but Arakawa Under the Bridge is right up there with it.
Absolute favorite would be Sumire 16, though it's manga only.

I'll write them all down. I got all the time in the world at my hands at the moment and just "recently" transitioned from manga to anime, so I got a lot of catching up to do.
Milky Holmes is still my fav comedy.
Currently watching Etotama, it may well be as dumb and good.

Read the manga and thought it to be hilarious for the most part, but dunno how well it got adapted.

The comedy was adapted really well. I think the anime version is only lacking in the titties department, which is to be expected until the BDs come out. Definitely worth a watch if you like the manga.
