The Dragon boxed & the level sets. Everything else is DNRed or cropped to 16:9
Dragon Boxes are the only good release of the full series. The second best is the 2001 sets but the ones by Pioneer (Saiyan and Namek saga) are the edited version.

Funi hasn't dubbed Kai's Buu Saga because they're fucking hacks, so as cringe as it is, you gotta watch early Buu Saga dubbing.
Movies are optional, I recommend Cooler and Wrath of the Dragon if you want to keep to canon, but they're all pretty alright as long as they don't have Broly in them.
Xenoverse is another good fun supplement.
Only watch Super or GT if you're completely blackout drunk.

This. Kai is a wonderful, and in many respects, perfect dub, but it lacks the Buu Saga. Reading the manga is your best option. It saves time, it's convenient, and it's got some really nice illustrations.
Watch the original Funi dub if you're a human being with extremely low standards for entertainment. I wouldn't reccomend it, but retarded people do exist.
