I think it was better that the writers left their fate ambiguous. Also the whole episode was supposed to be on spike. But I guess its preference really. We'll prob know what happend to them when the sequel series comes out anyway.

I think the director said it was intentionally left ambigious. It also works as one of the things I get from Bebop is that it makes you realise how isolated we really are in comparision with each other, Spike's death has no major effect on the universe as a whole.

I enjoyed the art, music and some of the characters but the rest was pretty average to shit.
Recently watched the movie for the first time and gotta say it was boring as fuck. Shouldn't make a story which could fit in a normal episode and stretch it out for 2 hours.
