They were both assholes who deserved every bit of what they got. Daiya actually deserved worse than what Kazuki did to him.
>>

Read the filename

>>136027926

"Daiya" and "Kazu" were coming up with nothing until >>136027777 gave me the full name. anyway it's disappointing it's something I dropped years ago
>>
>>136027530
I can understand lowering crime rates, but how exactly did Light end all wars like he claims he did? America has been killing pople in the Middle East for years and all that does is cause more violence
>>
>>136028290
it's about killing people who actually matter, not random soldiers who just joined in because of some made up stupid cause, but the people pulling the strings. If every "evil" leader died of an heart attacck tomorrow and everyone who succeeds them immeditly afterwards, no one would ever start to become a leader of a rebellion of ANY kind. And rebellions/terrorist/etc. need some kind of leader, and a leader needs to be public to become threatening and deserve respect, meaning kira would kill them.
If everyone is too afraid to hold a gun because they might die without even becoming a martyr, then no one will be killed in a war.
It wold be a forced peace without getting rid of the root of the problem, but wars would be gone
>>
>>136030627
They could just do what ISIS does and all wear masks.
>>
>>136027530
Fuck off with your shitty bait
>>
>>136030764
And beside, who decides what's evil? In this case, the media. Media spins a story to bait kira into killing a great person. GG no re. Just because two people disagree on fundamental topics does not mean either of them is evil, even though war can be the only way to fix the conflict.
>>
>>136030960
Yeah, I'm betting every government publicly released a bunch of pictures and names of guys that are "totally dangerous" terrorists knowing that Kira would kill them. Perfect way of getting rid of dissidents or people you don't like.
>>
>>136030764
Yes, it would have been interesting if all criminals now wore masks. Like the Mafia gang that allied with Mello, they should all be deathly afraid of someone taking their picture, so they'd wear masks even in the presence of other gangmembers.
>>
>>136030960
>GG no re
>>>/v/
>>
>>136030764
Light could just force a few people to infiltrate the gang and get names/pics.

Killing innocents before trial doesnt work anon.
Also death penalty doesnt lower crimerates, author is being retarded
>>
>>136027697
>2016, people still think Light deserved to die
>>
>>136031326
Then the way gangs work would change completely.
All gangmembers would wear masks and never show their faces to other members except maybe the boss, who'd also wear a mask and use a fake name. If anyone ever uses a camera he would inmediately get killed.
Crime always finds a way.
>>
>>136031435
Don't bother. They're insane people. These are the same people that want to keep the status quo because they want secretly want to go around murdering and raping and every other evil thing in the world.
>>
>>136031387

Stricter lawful punishments actually do lower crime rates. Killing people for crimes without them or anyone else being able to know why doesn't really help anything, though.
>>
>Be a woman
>Want your BF/Husbando

>Post their pics to internet and give them to media
>Light kills them
>TFW you get their monies from the will and the possible insurance
>>
>>136031713
>anyone else being able to know why doesn't really help anything

Not him, but people aren't going to believe Light no matter what evidence you show them, because they're set in their ways no matter what.

Just look Shrillary and the entire Bengazhi incident. There is overwelming evidence that she knew about the terrorist attacks and tried to cover it up using a video that set off the terrorist. And guess what, Obongo and the rest of the libtards are still defending her and the millennials are whatever.
>>
>>136031962

/pol/ please go.
>>
>>136027530
>Light lowered the crime rate
Oh how naive you are. He just kills whoever was reported and looks guilty, he never bothered to find out if they really are guilty.
>>
>>136031962
>overwelming evidence
Then why haven't any of Congress' Benghazi hearings headed by republicans that loathe Clinton been able to prove anything bad happened? Have you considered that maybe not everything Fox News reports is actually true?
>>
>>136027530
Odds are Light only managed to lower crime rates in Japan and other first world countries. There's no way he could have lowered the crime rates of third world countries or countries with a censored media.

Death Note is /pol/.
>>
>>136032325
You misunderstand me, I'm no fan of Hillary and believe that the accusations of her e-mail servers have merit. But we were talking about Benghazi, where you claimed there was overwhelming evidence of wrongdoing when there clearly isn't.
I'm all for criticizing politicians, but I'd rather criticize them for the gajillion things they've actually done instead of obsessing over a fake controversy with no merit.

If Light had been like the Punisher from Marvel, only killing people who deserved it and never killing cops or the innocent, I would have been able to accept him.
But Light let his God Complex get to his head and killed anyone that he believed stood in his way, including cops, the innocent and even his own allies. He would have killed his own sister if he could have gotten away with it. The moment he wrote Lind L. Tailor's name, he ceased to have any claim to stand for justice.
>>

This

>dead
Really though, he deserved it. Sure, he ends crime, but he also forces every innocent in the world to relive their worst guilt. That's too much collateral.
>>
>>136032725
>He would have killed his own sister if he could have gotten away with it.

It would have great respect if he had to make this choice because it shows he has temperament and isn't swayed by emotions.

Just look at what happened in Germany recently with the Syrian migrants. Over 100 rapes on NYE and the cops and the Chancellor tried to cover it up, and some people had the balls to blame the German women for the rapes.

And even in the US the majority of the citzens are still letting the so called "Syrian Refugees" in after all the terrorist attacks because muh feelings and muh compassion. Do you realize how insane that is compared to anything Light has done?
>>
>>136032319
What warlords and corrupted leaders do in their third world countries is no secret. Being well-known is necessary if you want power in a lawless society.
>>

>>136033790
>but he also forces every innocent in the world to relive their worst guilt

Pretty sure it was only scummy people like that guy who was going around raping little kids.

He's basically dead since he's just a vegetable.
>>
>>136033877
>he has temperament and isn't swayed by emotions
Light is swayed by his emotions all the goddamn time, that's the problem. He killed Lind L. Tailor in a fit of rage because he was butthurt that someone dared have an oppinion he didn't agree with, and it all went downhill from there. Someone like him should not have the Death Note.
Also, please stop derailing this thread with /pol/ stuff. Go to /gate/ if you want to discuss these things on /a/ since it's all they ever do.
>>
>>136034281
Read volume 7. He's far from full vegetable.
>>
>>136033877
We don't know if they were Syrian refugees. All we know is they were of North African and Arab descent, we still don't have all the facts.
Once we do, and if it turns out that some of them were Syrian refugees, then feel free to criticize them as much as you want as long as you have facts to back it up.
>>
>>136033877
I already hate logical/emotional dualism, but when a person tries to say they are being logical while being overly emotional is ridiculous.

Want to see an example of raw data that despite being logical has no meaning whatsoever?
100 cases in a population of 1.000.000 is minimal, less than 0,01. Does that mean its okay and we shouldn't judge the 99,99 because of it? Of course not, the data doesn't show how vile the thing is. Its ridiculous and what Germany is doing is suicide, it doesn't mean however that these conclusion have a lot to do with emotion than with raw data.
>>
>>136034166
This to be honest :/
>>
>>136033969
We're not talking about warlords. We're talking about normal criminals. In poor countries the media isn't gonna give huge news reports with pictures about rapists and murderers, especially since that would require them to actually get caught.
Venezuela has one of the highest urder rates in the world, and most of them aren't solved, so Light wouldn't be able to do shit to stop it.
>>
>>136035797
He relied on internet posts too. Although that was stupid because anon could have asked him to kill an innocent person just because.
