AiKora/Love&Collage and Sora no Otoshimono are easily the best comedy harems out there.
SnO always have had this little something that doesn't makes the characters feels generic like every other harems. Also, actual plot behind gives it more depth as well. The number of "shit is getting real" and "this is way sadder than it should be" moments are way too high.
