Double edge sword for me. On one hand I'm fucking excited for this part since its one of my top 3 favorites. On the other hand, animeonly newfags are gonna flood more than ever when this part finally airs, more so than they did with the first 3 parts. The budget pretty obviously ran out during dio's world. I don't think anyone expects much at this point.
I'll watch it since JoJo is great and Part 4 is comfy as fuck, but the PV doesn't look promising. The lines are thin as fuck and need to be thicker.
