No way. Even if they could beat him with his armor removed, Meteoric Burst is just too nuts. He's stronger than Darkshine and faster than Flash at the same time. And even should they somehow find some way to deal with that, they have no way to actually kill him considering he got LIQUIFIED by Saitama and pulled himself back together with ease. He only died when he used up all of his internal energy on his planet buster attack. So, it's a guy moving fast enough that they can't perceive him and hitting so hard that every attack is a one hit kill while being completely invulnerable, and if SHTF still has the fallback of just sweeping away the planet itself. At that point it's not even a fight.
If I was writing it, I suppose the only way for S-Class to achieve victory would be for all of them to be there, use their combined powers to force Boros into Meteoric Burst, and then try to hold out by throwing heroes into the meat grinder until he exhausts himself. After that, Tatsumaki might be able to finish him off, albeit after the S-Class suffers a huge death toll.

That's why I'm saying they'd need to try and hold him off until he runs out of energy. After activating MB the rest of his fight with Saitama probably lasted less than a minute, including the round trip to the moon and getting punched into paste (considering the total time of the fight is 'around five minutes' in the databook) and he was already struggling to stand under his own power even after such a short length of time.
Bear in mind of course, I agree that Boros would tear the S-Class apart like wet paper, I said as much in the first paragraph.

Saitama commented on Garou being stron because of his attack power, not his resistance. Sure he's still tough as hell, but we can't really know the distance between his Toughness and Boros.
As for the serious series moves he used in the fight, one was to flip the environment and the other was an attack targeting a limb. It was pretty much just fucking around like with Sonic and the sidehops.
