A lot of people on /a/ won't have an account they are willing to use or be willing to sign up for one to vote. You are basically creating a selection bias issue. It isn't a randomized sample and thus is not representative of the population of the community. It just represents those that are willing to sign up to a google account and post on /a/ not /a/ overall.

This poll is stupid, first it cuts off probably the best part of /a/'s voting pool because of the registration requirement, second you can't decide what's "the anime of the decade" by popular vote.
If you want to use democratic vote for this shit the best way to do it would be to make people watch every single anime from a selected list and then cast a vote for them, the resulting average for all the titles would determine the winner.
