These are all terrible.
Asterisk had the best ED and lesbian sisters, the rest was shit but Julis was kinda cute. But it was terrible with presentation in almost all ways.
Antimagic had the best ost and character progression along with plot and second best ED.
Rakudai had the best animation and main couple and second best plot.

You sure? I checked a bit and I don't see the word [Project] in their official stuff that you see in like Shana, Index, and Railgun. If it truly is a project then J.C. Staff would be committed to it for a long-run adaptation.
Rakudai should be more than 3k since 2,756 is just the amount BD only sold. It is estimated that Rakudai sold over 500 DVD, so the total should be 3.3k.
I also heard this isn't the true amount because it seems Oricon doesn't record all of the amount sold at physical stores which many places sold out Rakudai. On the first week Rakudai should be truly at least 4k, maybe even 5k.

With the way the sound design is handled as well as the outsourcing of 3DCG, all of it, to Sanzigen, you can tell that they've probably been looking ahead in terms of the way they manage their budget for the show, hell, they probably even predicted that it wouldn't do great.
What they probably didn't predict was just how bad it would flop.

I can tell that HO anime so far have some nice animation and well done visuals, but it's in a huge lake of low quality and QUALITY budget. That's more or less typical for J.C. Staff although their bigger projects like Index and Railgun are more consistently in keeping up good visuals, which is J.C. Staff's forte.

Everything that's CG looks quite shit though, it doesn't blend well into their surroundings. Can't blame J.C. Staff for that, but it's more than likely that it's one of the main reasons why it's doing so bad. That and the fact that people had been waiting for another season of Raildex.

While visuals is their forte, fluid animation has always been their weakest area. But sometimes they can nice or at least okay animation when they try and sped the budget. HO looks cheap most of the time, but it's not all bad.

Heavy Object has a bad choreography and directing. You do keep infodumping for more than half the episode, show dumb fanservice just to keep hearing the info dumping without dropping the show, info dump general knowledge if they already know everything, infodump by unseen narrator as it is bad and lazy for world building. Character are very dumb when they should be specialists in their field yet do not prove it by being a complete idiot. The objects has a terrible concept of being a ball with fucking cannons and being hit many times as that is bad when it comes to defense as most of the time you want to prevent getting hit and dish out more damage. The characters lack depth and at this point I do not care.

There are very few shows that do everything right with directing and characters that make sense. Infodump should be kept to a minimum and/or seen through the protagonists eyes that see and tell. Otherwise, the method to learning was shallow and under developed through perspective.
