I'm 5'8", 145lb, yes I sometimes lack energy but only if I don't do any fucking exercise. It is entirely a matter of exercise. I've been up to 170lb before and it was fucking terrible, like living life behind a layer of butter. I also lost it almost immediately when I stopped eating fast food for every single meal.
