Yes. I didn't find SnS & meet Shana until 1-19-15, despite having all that time to pick it up from 2005 - 2009 when there was more hype. Then again, I didn't browse 4chan in those times either.
Worse yet, I watched Funimation on TV every single day in 6th grade (07 - 08), but they never even came close to mentioning SnS. Watching in 2015, I tried to imagine myself watching it as a kid when it first came out.
