Unconfirmed spoiler summary from Beast's Lair:Shirou still has no answer, started to snow and Mapo wants him to figure out what he wants to do before helping further. Shirou threatens Mapo to reveal location of Ainsworth with strengthened tape measure but gets pinned by Black keys. Mapo tells him he doesn't know the location but he can confirm Miyu won't be harmed until the ritual has started.
Shirou decides to take part in the 7 man ritual since it will happen and involve bystanders as well, so why not.
Meets Sakura on her way home, she bought groceries and Shirou invites her into his house. Sakura cooks dinner and her back reminds him of Miyu, working hard to be a normal human. Miyu tried so hard and the wish to become Shirou's true sister was not easy, she wanted it for so many years and the accumulated wish used up her powers at last.
Miyu is his only relative left in this world, and if humanity will end without sacrificing Miyu, then so be it. This is Shirou's answer. Sakura left after dinner.
Suddenly, with Shirou's resolve, the magic circle that Kiritsugu planned to use Miyu's power in the workshop/storehouse in their house started to glow. Shirou went inside and there was an Archer card floating in the center of the circle.
On her way home, Sakura witnessed the light coming from Shirou's house. "The Holy Grail War has started." She says as she draws the Berserker card from her pocket.

The series went to shit with Shirou getting out of prison anyway. It tries to be too much like fate now instead of doing its own thing.
