I stopped reading at the beginning of the Super Sentai arc (the one after Hueco Mundo). I assume it got even worse since then, right?
Same as any action manga that goes bad. The story just became an excuse for cheesy, melodramatic fights, in a setting that lost all of it's appeal.
After how detailed and interesting Soul Society was, Hueco Mundo was a huge disappointment. Just a desert with Aizen's castle in it.
Then we got the Fullbringers, who came out nowhere and added nothing to the setting.
Now we're fighting Quincies, who up until then were just a minor faction. It's like if the final bosses of HxH were a group of surviving Kurtas.

Characters who were initially interesting lost their flare because Kubo failed to give them any arc or growth
Fights went from being strategic and fun to DBZ-tier art-obscuring explosions mixed with ridiculous ass pull abilities ("when I die I impregnate whatever's nearby me," "I physically can't be damaged in any way whatsoever," etc)
Kubo stopped drawing characters in relation to their environment and each other (I'm not talking about the "white backgrounds" meme, I'm saying that he literally is incapable of doing an overhead shot of a group of characters standing together that looks visually good)

Segunda Etapa was a plot device to make Ichigo fight the strongest Espada without ever calling Ulq the strongest Espada, so Ichigo seems to be less of a Mary Sue.

The later fights in Hueco Mundo felt like they had no character to them.
I actually really enjoyed the Fullbringer arc because it was more like the beginning.
Ichigo felt vulnerable and not unstoppable and the fate of the world didn't depend on him so he could actually lose.

I think it's pretty different, A Quincy vs Shinigami war has always been obvious, I kind of like how we're going to end similarly to how we started: Ichigo vs Uryu.
Unlike the Kurta clan, Quincys were a major adversary and given how they died out with have some bad blood with the Soul Society; A better example would be The Kurta clan vs Meteor City or Phantom Troupe.
