The Dagashi Kashi manga has great characters but it gets quite repetitive, though the anime does look surprisingly great.
Not sure about the Dimension W manga, but it seems like some good old mindless fun with hopefully some well animated action scenes and an amazing soundtrack. It looks like it's going to be the Kekkai Sensen of this season really, so if Boku Dake does end up being a rushed mess, then this is the only other contender I guess.

Not really. Manga reader here, while the pacing is a bit faster than I'd like it to be, they didn't skip anything important. They omitted the part with Airi and Satoru saving those kids in the broken down building and skipped most of chapter 6 (Satoru never went to chase after the murderer, instead a neighbor walked in and the police fucking instantly arrived)

Sure there was a lot of stuff that was skipped like the rerun at the abandoned building and Airi asking if MC was a shinigami.
But people need to understand this is a 24 minute anime. They need to draw people in with the premise immediately and there is so much you can cram on a 24 minute runtime.
They sped through the rerun segments too, taking less tries for MC to "fix" what was going on and they also skipped MC forcing a rerun to stop his mother's murder only to be taken five minutes earlier after it happened; really the anime didn't do justice to just how desperate MC got at the sight of the murder.

Its a framing device more like. It doesn't really take center stage at all besides providing a simple explanation to how MC goes back in time.
This is a mystery thriller with a supernatural twist, not a shounen filled with explainable asspulls for every thing that matters. What it does it does pretty well.

There was a pretty major event in where the scans are caught up to and I could see it going either way closer to a conclusion or extending the story by a lot.
