I don't think so. At least in Japan, you can give a gift to someone during Valentine's day even if you are not in love with them. It means they are important to you. You have to tell them or make something more special to them but yeah Mika's reaction hints that he made them only for Yuu.
As for Ferid, the kind of love he said is difficult to recognise. He likes to tease people so he could either mean romantic love or love for a special one minus the romance part. Guren does the same with Shinoa even though in her case he does ask her about romantic love.
