Just started as well, from what I can take from it she's just concerned with how he keeps giving himself and by extension their group a bad look to others when they're supposed to be helping others.
From her perspective anyway, she didn't know about the behind the scenes stuff pushing him into that situation.
Remember his stunt with the concert thing just happened a bit ago, so from her perspective he seems to just be digging himself deeper into an outlier hole. A hole she probably feels she'll be obliged to pull him out of due to their association, and one she probably thinks he could avoid if he shared his thoughts and cooperated more. She made an offhand comment like that when this little arc started, something along the lines of how she can't help how Hachiman makes himself seem to others but showed she can and will tell them to leave if she feels they're being rude about it. Having to do that over and over for his sake might get annoying without justification. Of course that would require Hachiman coming down from his cross and crucifying other people and that would really dig him into a hole since she'd still be angry as well as the people who trusted his confidentiality.
It's complicated, but really simple. They just need to get over it really.

Don't know about that. He got along with older, more mature and worldly ninja quite well even at the beginning. They didn't hang out with him much (though it's not like they had a choice given their lifestyle and occupation) but they didn't dislike him personally or his upbeat personality. Comparatively Hachiman's teachers may not dislike him personality, but they certainly recognize he has a personality problem and that it's not a fault of society or some demon inside him or whatever.
He also got along with younger ninja naive of the world before, and had a secret admirer. So he was a loner mostly because those people he's on good terms with couldn't come forward or associate with him too much for their own reasons and everyone else was legitimately scared of him.
Beyond all that there's nothing wrong with Naruto personality wise, he was just stuck in a village where he had an infamous background affecting his socializing opportunity. Once he moves beyond those limits he quickly gains a lot of associates very quickly, even those who didn't take to him initially.
Loners are usually people who take their isolation wherever they go.
