That sun monk has ranged unarmed attacks with radiant damage.
And with Undying Light Warlock it can maintain a decent damage output when out of ki thanks to EB scaling with Character level.

Nope. D&D 5e with a few UA stuff allowed by the DM.
Basically Warlocks are already the best class at multiclassing thanks to Eldritch Blast scaling with character level instead of class level.
Undying Light warlocks get a bonus on fire and radiant damage.
Sun monks deal radiant damage at range and can do AOE fairly well.
Do the math your self after this.
I basically don't need much Con and can pump Cha instead.
