Good choice. It's a hard toss up for me with Phantasm, Seto and otoshimono. Nichi Bros was good but seemed a little overrated. I've watched all of them.

I don't know, Nichibros is really up there with SnH.
I think Nichibros is a lot smarter and clever, but ultimately, Seto no Hanayome gives me better/longer/harder laughs. The terminator episode is the single most funny anime episode I ever watched, to this day.
There should be more options on this contest, too. Kyouran Kazoku Nikki, Cromartie, D-Frag, Baka to Test make a strong case for being excellent comedies.
Though the anime king of comedies will always be Gintama.
