Don't see why Kitty wouldn't be OK with that. She did the exact same thing to Negi, and didn't seem to give a single fuck. I think she just doesn't like Fate; she was really bothered by him and Negima, and now Fate is her equal and she can't really push him around anymore.

I think the implication is that Fate wants to sacrifice Touta, maybe by making the MoB hijack Touta to free Negi. Nothing is clear, but all we know is that Fate and Eva do not agree on how to save Negi and Touta is probably involved in that.
