It would need really unique visuals and great direction, which is expensive. It's also not a normie series so it wouldn't necessarily do super well.
People saying XD SHAFT SHOULD DO IT, need to literally fuck off. Shafts super saturated colors with filters thrown on it doesn't fit it.
Old shaft might have been an alright choice for it, or they could just rip szs' crew that did the quirky train episode for it I guess.
