It's not that Saiyans live drastically longer, it's that they stay in their prime for longer because they're ''bred for battle''. Goku looks the same as he did fighting Frieza as he does fighting Uub.
I reckon, at around 95, Saiyans start to age. Kind of like the growth spurt you have as a teenager... but just a depressing opposite.

Vegeta's age isn't mentioned anywhere in the manga. As far as I remember, Vegeta's childhood was only talked about on one page.
